Living Embodied Truth

SatyaTagline-Home

Your daily life is your temple.
~ Khalil Gibran

In a world where ceremonies and dialogue around grief and loss are neglected, my work offers an embodied temple to help you gain understanding, connection, healing, and a return to your natural fullness.

Through ancient Indian lineages and embodied practices, we also work together to dissolve layers of armour and disconnectedness that have pulled us away from our Centre of Being.

I help you to let go of that which no longer serves — so that you may embody the deepest essence of who you are: Truth (also known as Pure Awareness).

Discover and relax into the innate authenticity that quietly whispers from the depths of your heart, from the very ground of your soul.

Together, we will nourish our internal and external landscape with these seeds, to discover, deepen and expand into the fullness that we have always been, and always are.

If you are ready to move through armour and step into your wholehearted and truest aliveness: I’ll meet you there.

Join together in circle to chant, pray, invoke and commune with the sacred. Discover profound connection and healing through ancient ritual.

I will guide you on your grief journey from overwhelm and/or dissociation to conscious connection and deep healing.

I offer a heartful space of wise listening, so you may sincerely be seen and heard as you fully step into your power, and relax into your natural fullness.

Workshops

We will explore, feel into, grow, and refine our sense of discernment by cultivating spaciousness, both internally and externally. This will support us to heal hard-wire patterns and tendencies (also known as samskaras or vasanas in yoga) - so that we may no longer move from a place of armouring up and numbing out - and instead move from love, fullness, truth, and power.

Graphic-SriYantra

At our workshops you may:

  • Grow spaciousness internally and externally.
  • Refine your sense of discernment amid what is true and what is simply not.
  • Inquire into who you are at the deepest level and how to embody this knowing.
  • Want to deepen into the practice of jnana yoga (self inquiry).
  • Cultivate self love, self respect, and self trust.
  • Move from fear to love.
  • Speak your truth.
  • Know your worth.
  • Cultivate courage and inner strength.
  • Recognize when you move from a sense of lack and/or scarcity.
  • Heal the part of you that moves from deficit - and instead, embody your FULLNESS in every moment.
  • Fully step into your power.

Currently invitations to yoga studios, centres, and other sacred spaces on the west coast of B.C. are welcome.

Customized arrangements available; in-person or online options also available.

Are you ready for a journey to nurture the seeds of your intentions?

Title-MeetSatya

This is the temple of my ancestors - the 10,000 year old tradition and lineage that I come from, stand on, carry, and offer.

It is with great honour and respect that I offer the wisdom teachings and practices of my ancestors to you. This gift is for anyone who feels called to an embodied temple of inquiry, deepening, purifying, cleansing - and healing.

In order to dissolve our armour, we must learn to let go of that which no longer serves — so that we may embody the deepest essence of who we are: Truth. Ultimately this work supports us to discover and relax into our natural fullness: that which has always been present within each one of us.

I help you work to return to your innate wholeness, and integrate this depth into your moment-to-moment daily living.

I offer this embodied temple space from my heart with utmost respect and reverence to my ancestors, to You, to the Divine, and to the Self (Pure Awareness). For the greater good of the Whole. ॐ

Thank you for the powerful and sweet ceremony, and for your support, and your love. A seed was put in my inner garden like a gift! Thank you for your continued work of carrying your Vedic lineage, thank you for your ancestral lines. Thank you for your mission work with women and for the world. You are made for that, high priestess.

Vedic Sister Goddess Satya! I met Satya as she was leading a Vedic Fire Ceremony and I fell in love with her. Find people who don't just agree with you, yet challenge you to step into your truth. Can we be the living truth of the Divine working through us? To humble ourselves in the knowing that we are just vessels in this game of Lila. I am honoured to have met you, that I can share my journey with you, thank you for your guidance, for inspiring me, for sharing your gifts, for introducing me to the healing power of fire and gathering with the moon.

After losing my younger brother to suicide, I reached out to Satya - and I found great comfort in her. She helped me with the Vedic rituals (how to make an altar, the key mantras to chant, the timings for the different rituals, etc...). Her words and wisdom made me feel the love of the Divine Mother flowing through her.

Thank you so much for initiating and guiding me through this powerful 21-day cleanse and activation, and thank you to all the sisters for holding this supportive container together. The daily practice helped me land so gently and right into alignment, as I moved back to the city. It's helped me make good choices rooted in safety and self compassion. What a gift! I will be continuing and integrating parts of what I learned here in my everyday practice. Thank you so much for this. And I am SO ready to join you for the next cleanse and activation series! I look forward to it!

"What if religion was each other? If our practice was our life? If prayer was our words? What if the temple was the Earth? If forests were our church? If holy water - the rivers, lakes, and oceans? What if meditation was our relationships? If the Teacher was life? If wisdom was knowledge? If love was the centre of our being.”
